The original idea of blogging about private student loans came about in 2007, partially because of Investigations into certain Colleges’ monetary relationships with their preferred lenders for Federal Student Loan lending practices. This combined with the economic collapse around the globe left less money for college students to find in the form of private student loans. This blog has evolved into an educational approach to providing tips on obtaining and using private student loans responsibly.
2010 UPDATE: JP, student currently on leave from a top University in Florida as a Finance major is our Editor in Chief for 2010. She aims to become a Financial Adviser upon her projected graduation in 2011. Update 2012
